Before dialing
Codes read left to right. Select the correct Egyptian SIM on a dual-SIM phone. Calls and some queries may incur a fee. The e& commands apply to Hekaya; use the app for other plans. Vodafone’s published USSD ordering is inconsistent, so balance checking uses its unambiguous voice number 868.
Why a code may not work
Check the * and # characters, selected SIM and plan eligibility. Codes are not universal: the e& *3333# and *808# entries apply to Hekaya. With no service at all, separately check operator line validity and Telephony device status. Device registration does not replace a mobile bundle purchase.
