Consent to Personal Data Processing

This document records the terms on which a user gives consent to personal data processing when submitting a request form on nemudry.com.

1. Who receives the consent

By ticking the checkbox on the site form, the user freely and knowingly gives consent to the data controller: Sole proprietor Maksim Viktorovich Nemudry, TIN 290109640033, OGRNIP 310290123000044.

2. What data the consent covers

  • name;
  • phone number, email, Telegram handle, and other contact details entered in the form;
  • the request or project message;
  • technical form-submission data: date, time, IP address, user agent, and interface language.

3. Purposes for which consent is given

  • receiving and handling the request;
  • contacting the user about the project, timeline, estimate, and scope of work;
  • preparing a proposal and taking pre-contract steps at the user's request;
  • protecting the site from spam and abuse.

4. Processing operations covered by the consent

The controller may collect, record, organise, store, update, use, transfer, restrict, erase, and otherwise process personal data by automated or mixed means.

5. Disclosure to third parties

  • Telegram gateway and Telegram Bot API, to deliver the request to the controller;
  • hosting and technical contractors, to keep the site operational;
  • Yandex Metrica for traffic analytics.

The user understands that such disclosure may involve an international transfer of personal data.

6. Duration of consent and withdrawal

Consent remains valid until the processing purposes are achieved or until the user withdraws consent, unless retention is required by law. A withdrawal request may be sent to max@nemudry.com. After receiving it, the controller will stop processing unless another lawful basis applies.
