Privacy Notice

This notice explains what data nemudry.com collects through request forms, why it is processed, who may receive it, and what rights a user has.

1. Controller and contacts

2. What data is collected

  • name, if provided by the user;
  • contact data: phone number, email, Telegram handle, or another contact method entered in the form;
  • message content describing the request;
  • technical request data: submission date and time, IP address, user agent, interface language, and service logs used to prevent abuse.

3. Purposes of processing and legal bases

  • receiving, handling, and following up on incoming requests;
  • communicating with the user about the project, estimate, timing, and scope of work;
  • preparing a proposal and taking steps requested by the user before entering into a contract;
  • keeping the site secure and preventing spam or abuse;
  • measuring site traffic through Yandex Metrica.

For users in the EEA/UK, the main legal bases are consent, pre-contractual steps taken at the data subject's request, and legitimate interests in site security and service continuity.

4. Who may receive the data

  • Telegram gateway and Telegram Bot API, in order to deliver the request to the controller;
  • hosting providers and technical contractors, to the extent needed for site operation;
  • Yandex Metrica for analytics.

Use of these services may involve an international transfer of personal data depending on the user's location and the infrastructure involved.

5. Retention

The site does not keep a separate on-site database of requests. After submission, the request is delivered to the controller through a Telegram gateway. Data may then remain in the controller's correspondence and working materials until the request is resolved, and afterwards is deleted or anonymised unless longer retention is required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

6. User rights

  • request access to personal data and information about its processing;
  • request rectification, restriction, erasure, or objection where applicable;
  • withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent;
  • lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
