A retainer does not imply unlimited tasks or round-the-clock availability. Workload, response arrangements, concurrent tasks and review stages are defined beforehand. Emergency technical support, hosting, advertising spend and ongoing SEO are not automatically included.

Can website updates be included?
Yes, where the technical foundation and changes are understood and fit the agreed scope. Complex new functionality is estimated separately.
What if the workload grows?
We revisit priorities and agree additional scope before carrying it out, rather than adding unapproved work retrospectively.
